A broker lashes out at Thor Mining predicts shares to halve again

I know sweet FA about Thor Mining (THR) other than its CEO knows a lot about snakes from his time in the field. And that is it, so I make no comment about what follows other than to say that in this private email sent to the chosen few the broker has not held back and has used very un-broker-esque language. He opines:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: all Things Fraud and Fright-er-ful

I am pretty much finished here in Greece as I explain in the podcast. And as such I start the journey home tomorrow to spend time in sun-drenched England with the Mrs, Joshua and - of course - Oakley, my utterly pampered three legged cat who is, I gather, now being given iced water to cope with the heat. In this podcast I look at Barclays (BARC), the SFO and the nature of fraud. I look at Thor Mining (THR) where events disgust me and at Ariana Resources (AAU) where I am dissapointed and less accepting than Nigel Somerville is.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: an attractive 29 year old woman dreams about Concepta - Dr Freud & Mr Winnifrith comment

We start with myself and Dr Freud trying to offer helpful advice to an attractive young lady. The the podcast meanders on to Thor Mining (THOR) and I digress to an old pal whose uncle was apparently a war criminal. Then I move on to Bowleven (BLVN), 88 Energy (88E), Rose Petroleum (ROSE), Electronic Data Processing (EDP), Worthington (WRN) and pension deficits.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - is Highlands Natural the biggest scam on the AIM casino?

In today's bearcast I start with a brief look at Highlands Natural Resources (HNR), explaining why I knew it was a wrong 'un as soon as I saw who its management team included. I have two follow up articles on today's collapse to come but suffice to say that at anything above a couple of pence its shares are a slam dunk sell. I also look at Aureus Mining (AUE), cover Servelec (SERV) and what it says about equities in general. Steve covers it in detail very well HERE. Then it is onto Fitbug (FITB) and how today's scandal at Thor Mining (THR) begs AIM for a big change in the rules to stop mug punters getting shafted as poor Paul Scott was at Cyan (CYAN). I also have another warning of doom and more questions for Lord Tim Razzall of disgraced Boxhill (BOX) - target price 0p.

You can see the two detailed pieces on the Highlands scam HERE & HERE

Exclusive: Thor Mining ramping its shares with Zak Mir but not telling you about placing

Thor Mining (THR) has just issued a release saying that its CEO has recorded an interview with Zak Mir for the lamentable t1psTV. Jesus wept: like it thinks we care? But there is something that CEO Mick Billing is not telling anyone tempted to buy into this rampfest.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 16 June - homage to Chris Bailey

Chris Bailey of Financial Orbit is on my mind for three reasons and I explain why. One of them is APR Energy which I discuss and Chris will post on later. I also look at two China POS stocks, the fraud Sorbic and Auhua Clean Energy. Then at Thor Mining, Trap Oil and Mosman Oil & Gas. Then it is onto the boiler room stocks: Inspirit, Sabien and Flowgroup. Warning: this podcast contains both bad language and also a lot of racist generalisations about folks from Australia and New Zealand with the exception of Kylie Minogue (pictured) who can, of course, do no wrong.
